Villa DL designed by Studio KO, two French architects renowned for their exceptional work in Morocco, is a spacious, contemporary house that blends perfectly into the rural landscape just 10 kilometres from Essaouira. Combining traditional and modern materials, its clean, minimalist style invites you to relax and unwind. The large grounds of more than a hectare, the surrounding vegetation, as well as the heated swimming pool and pétanque/boules area, make this residence an ideal haven of peace in which to recharge your batteries with family or friends.
The interior of the property is a subtle blend of traditional architecture and contemporary minimalism. It includes a vaulted concrete living area, which serves as a space for rest, reading, music and conversation.
Thanks to its elongated windows, the view of the sunset is exceptional.
There is also a cosy dining room and plenty of fireplaces, creating a warm atmosphere in winter. There are six bedrooms & five bathrooms accommodating up to 12 guests
The villa is surrounded by more than a hectare of grounds that respect and preserve the vegetation of the environment.
This outdoor space includes a patio with trees, a heated swimming pool, a pétanque/boule area and a rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco.
The caretaker, maintains the garden and swimming pool and looks after the practical aspects of the house. He is also available to help guests discover the surrounding area.
A cleaning lady arrives early for breakfast, cleans the house and prepares lunch. She usually leaves at 3pm.
The villa is just 10 km from Essaouira, and 10 km from the beach.
Enjoy a round of golf close to the villa, visit the great Sunday souk at Had Draa, or explore the wild beaches of Cap Sim.
