The home boasts numerous rooms with stunning views of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, as well as an infinity pool sharing the same spectacular vista. The villa strikes a perfect balance between modern comfort and casual elegance, featuring air conditioning, a Sonos sound system, and high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi.
The interior of the house is designed for conviviality and well-being, with open and bright spaces. The modern kitchen is equipped to satisfy your culinary desires, while the living room offers a comfortable setting for relaxation. The large terrace creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
The exteriors are a true invitation to relaxation. The infinity pool 13 x 5m, Depth 1.60m provides safety with its alarm and rolling cover. A large blue stone dining table, accommodating up to 14 guests, is paired with a parasol and a plancha for savouring delicious meals outdoors. Several terraces, equipped with outdoor sofas and tables, offer shaded areas under large parasols, perfect for enjoying the lovely views and the Mediterranean climate.
Housekeeping is included in the price, performed three times a week Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm, with the option to prepare breakfast on these days upon request.
Ideally located near the prestigious Beauvallon Golf 2 km, the villa provides easy access to both Sainte-Maxime and Grimaud. The latter is known for its charming food shops and picturesque market on Thursdays and Sundays, making it a worthwhile village to explore. The traditional market in Saint-Tropez, vibrant with colors and flavors, is held on Tuesdays and Saturdays. To conveniently enjoy Saint-Tropez, water taxis are available at the Beauvallon pier, and the green boats offer continuous shuttle service from Port Grimaud.
