The house has beautiful and comfortable interiors, carefully decorated. Elements of Moroccan craftsmanship, antiques and modern furniture have been harmoniously combined, giving the house a contemporary and refined atmosphere.
Guests can find a pleasant television lounge with fireplace, a lounge-bar with a game table and a bay window overlooking the garden, a warm and friendly dining room with fireplace and an office with fireplace.The five charming bedrooms (including 3 suites) offer guests the promise of sweet and beautiful nights. Decorated with care, they all have their own private bathroom and a terrace.
Guests can also take advantage of the gym, the Hammam and the Massage room.
Outdoors this superb property offers 5000 square metres of beautiful and well laid out exteriors. Everything has been thought out and designed so that guests can enjoy the benefits of outdoor living.
There is for example a charming shaded lounge, a kiosk/dining room, a barbecue, and a roof top ideal for admiring the sunset and the view of the Atlas.
Guests can also enjoy a pétanque / boule strip, a ping-pong table and a beautiful heatable pool 16 x 5 meters
The villa benefits from the services of a house staff, discreet and attentive to its guests. There is a night watchman, a maid (speaking French), a cook and a housekeeper (or two depending on the number of occupants).
The price includes breakfast, housekeeping service, final housekeeping, bath amenities, the provision of pool towels and pool and garden maintenance.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as pool heating, massages, half board, full board, grocery delivery, car service with or without driver, pre-stocking of the villa, airport transfers, baby-sitting...
Note : If the house is at maximum occupancy, the services of a second housekeeper will be required (not included in the price).
