Of course, we are talking about natural beauties and traditional Adriatic architecture, but the special attraction of Vis also lies in its atmosphere. During the summer Vis is considerably different from the islands of Hvar, Brač or Korčula. Villa Issa consists of 4 separate apartments which are stylishly designed, with great attention paid to detail. The villa can be rented as a whole or by apartment. It includes a charming outside area with deck chairs and a wonderful view of Adriatic Sea. Luxury Villa Issa spreads over 540m² of wonderful interior space and 310m² of terraces with a sea view including 225m² of private terrace/beach; has 9 bedrooms and is suitable accommodation for 18 people. Villa was completely renovated and refurbished in 2017 after the construction in 2000. Each bedroom has a beautiful sea view and each apartment has large terrace with a sea view to enjoy sunbathing and alfresco dining. Fully equipped and air-conditioned apartments with comfortable beds will serve you as a temporary home in the heart of antique part of Vis.

Largest apartment in Villa on the ground and first floor occupies 300m² of interior area and 225m² of private terrace that stretches all the way into the sea, allowing the possibility for two yachts berths. The lovely and modernly furnished four double bedrooms with SAT TV and four bathrooms with shower which allows you to enjoy relaxing hours after a day in the sun and on the private terrace/beach or discovering the bays of Vis. In fabulous dining-living area, you can relax and enjoy yourself in the company of your family or friends. On this floor, there is also interior custom made marble fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen, where you can prepare wonderful local specialties. The second apartment is situated on second floor and stretches over 53m² of interior space and terrace of 32m². It is a delightful and cozy apartment, which consists of an elegantly furnished two bedroom with a double bed and a charming bathroom with shower. The pleasing dining-living area with a equipped modern kitchen is an inviting place for spending peaceful hours with family and friends. Its own charming terrace will allow you to take in the warm summer nights outside while enjoying a glass of fabulous domestic wine or soaking in the morning sun while having a cup of coffee.

Also on second floor there is third apartment which has area of 42m² interior space and terrace of 30m². The cozy and stylishly designed bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with shower will let you forget all your daily stresses. You can spend calm and peaceful hours enjoying wonderful food and wines in the dining area or outside in the apartment’s own lovely terrace as well.

Penthouse apartment is situated on the top floor of the Villa and stretches over 75 m² of interior space and terrace of 20 m². Sea view from this Penthouse apartment is just breathtaking. There are two charming bedrooms with double beds and a beautifully designed bathroom with a shower, which will make you fall in love with this sensational apartment. Both bedrooms and terrace offers breathtaking sea view, which will give you the feeling you are living a dream. There is a kitchen, dining area and lovely living room with leader sofas.

Vis is a small island, with rocky shore which is 77 kilometres long, located on the open sea, 45 kilometres from the mainland and it is surrounded by it's archipelago which consists of many smaller islands and islets. The climate on the island of Vis is Mediterranean, and since it is located on the open sea, the minimum temperature on the island is always few degrees higher than on the mainland or other islands. Thanks to its climate the island of Vis is one of the best locations in Croatia for growing lemons and other citruses. Vis is connected with mainland with ferry connection that operates three to four times per day, and catamaran connections. There are two main towns on the island, the town of Vis and the town of Komiza and many smaller settlements along the coast and in the interior. In the past, Komiza was mainly fishermen's port and town of Vis agricultural and merchant centre. Both are located in well protected bays, and the ferry port is located in the town of Vis. Vis is a small island so it is very easy to get around and explore local beaches, beautiful nature and flora and fauna of the island. We advise you to also explore the interior of the island, because it has as much to offer as popular coastal destinations. The development of tourism on the island of Vis began in 1990's. Since the island was designated as a military base during communist Yugoslavia, it was closed to almost all visitors, especially foreigners, and tourism did not develop. After the independence of Croatia, the tourism industry began to develop, and Vis today is amongst most popular island destination in Croatia, partly because it started to develop only recently, thus preserving its original charm and beauty, still unspoiled by modern tourist industry.
