The Ecuries is located 90 minutes drive /150 km from Paris in the magnificent Parc Régional du Perche. Classified the most beautiful stables in France at the end of the 19th century, this elegant residence is an ideal place is the perfect place for a weekend getaway or a family vacation in a luxury retreat offering space, refinement, peace and serenity.

Elegant decoration mixing wood, raw stone, light and transparency with beautiful furniture and luxury linen. Some bedrooms have a corner living room. Yet the Chateau comprises a room called the Bureau from where you can work if necessary. There is Wi-Fi available in all rooms.

Covering an area of approximately 800m², this Chateau can accommodate up to 36 people.

The property can be rent per week and per weekends, with an additional charge per additional night.

The property consist of three buildings, the first building (400m²) hosting a large living room of 100m² and a dining room of 70m² with a garden view, kitchen and pantry. There are also three bedrooms sharing a same bathroom.

A second building of 15 bedrooms rooms and a  large hall (which is only accessible for business events).

A third building where the 6x 6 m heated swimming pool, as well as a Hammam. This building is locked up for more security.

The garden is beautiful covering 2,000m². Lounge chairs and loungers are available.
