Modern architect villa located at the top of a hill, on the edge of the village of Gemenos, just 15 minutes from the old port of Cassis and its creeks, 20 minutes to Marseille &  Bandol, and 30 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, Villa Gemenos offers a superb panoramic view of the hills. This contemporary house offers luxury, calm, privacy and quality services. It can accommodate 10 guests.

As soon as you arrive, you are transported by the omnipresence of nature, there are 3 different terraces that offer a breath taking view of the Sainte-Baume and give access to the infinity heated salt water 10 x 4 m pool, to the summer kitchen under pine trees, at the playground with trampoline, soccer field and finally, to a Jacuzzi-bar area.

The ground floor offers a long hallway with a large dressing room and opens onto two beautiful bedrooms, a double bedroom with its private terrace and its bathroom with walk-in shower and another bedroom with two single beds, bathroom and flat screen which can obviously be transformed into a beautiful double bedroom.

The staircase takes you to the 1st floor, to the garden and pool area. The layout has been very well thought out, a spacious living room with fireplace invites you to relax, another TV lounge will delight moviegoers and an office area will allow you to isolate yourself for working. The spacious main room is bathed in light and ends with an ideally equipped kitchen with two dining areas.

Finally, on the half floor compared to the garden level, you will find 2 children’s bedrooms, one single and one double with an additional bed on the mezzanine. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 5th bedroom of the house is the master suite with a 180 cm bed, a superb bathroom with bathtub and shower, a large dressing room and its own covered terrace with a outdoor sofa for 6 people.
