The Villa consist 5 en-suite bedrooms and 4 equipped with air conditioning accommodating up to 10 guests.

There is a garden Annex is available to accommodate two additional guests at extra cost on request.

Set in 12-hectare estate comprising extensive gardens, oak forest on the higher terraces, walking trails amongst the olive, cypress and fruit trees on the lower terraces. There are also plenty of secluded spots to read or relax, and at night the garden can be illuminated to add a touch of romance to your entertaining. Private tennis court, table tennis, pétanque/boules court, elliptical trainer and billiards/American pool. Private 22m x 9m swimming pool with pool ladder steps, sunbathing terrace. Large Jacuzzi 1.5m deep (heating at extra cost). Three separate outdoor dining areas including a barbecue terrace and summer kitchen for lazy lunches in the sunshine with a glass of rosé, or romantic dinners under the stars.

Please note the discreet caretaker lives on the estate to manage pool maintenance, gardening and security.

The charming town of Vence is a 20-minute walk downhill - easily achieved on the going but you might consider getting a pick-up on the way back to help with the shopping! 5-star hotel with 2 restaurants, spa is just 10 minutes’ walk away.

Just a stone throw from the magical villa of St Paul de Vence which has small cobbled streets with tempting artisan shops and is home to renowned restaurant La Colombe d'Or, and to name a few. Other villages such as Biot, Mougins, Antibes or the centre of Cannes “La Croisette” just a 20 minutes drive, Grasse the centre of perfumeries and then just beyond Nice famous for the Promnade des Anglais, one can visit Monaco and a little further enjoy a taste of Italy too or to the west of Grasse to Fayence and you can even venture a little further to infamous St Tropez.
