Villa Soleïa is a beautiful house, located 4km from Taroudant, in the fertile Souss valley. This property, which was originally a field of olive trees, now houses two superb Riads. With its ideal position facing the Atlas and anti-Atlas mountains, its pool and its immense fragrant garden of 5 hectares, this property offers you a perfect haven of peace, ideal for a delicious stay in Morocco.

The Berber interiors of the Riads are sober and soothing. They are each equipped with charming fireplaces.

For your well-being, a Hammam and a massage room are at your disposal.

The Berber Riad, inspired by the architecture of the fortified Ksars, is open onto the immense garden. Its 2 grandiose towers, decorated with Berber geometric patterns, offer a magnificent view of the mountains. Its roof terrace, which overlooks an expanse of olive trees and hosts a collection of cacti, offers a pleasant place to relax and share beautiful moments. This first Riad has 3 double bedrooms (with bathrooms and WC), two living rooms (in a row) of 130m² and a kitchen. Two water rooms, inspired by Andalusian palaces, extend the two living room s: on the living room side, you will find the long swimming pool and on the dining room side, a basin with water jets. The bedrooms open onto a columned gallery (with laurel-woven ceilings ("Tataoui") and a black marble fountain. One of the bedrooms opens onto a French style parterre of roses and boxwoods. The large living room, with its superb ceiling painted with cosmogonic motifs and its comfortable sofa, offers a very pleasant place to share and rest. You will also be charmed by the dining room, with its antique doors and painted wooden ceiling.
The sound of water from a fountain will guide you to the second Riad made in the colours of Fez (green and white). It has 4 bedrooms (with bathrooms and WC) which open onto a square patio where an orange bougainvillea dominates a small central fountain. The windows of the double bedrooms open onto the orchard of cedar and orange trees.

The property's magnificent garden was carefully designed and created by the father of the current owners, a great nature lover. Travelling through Morocco and other countries, he collected and planted a multitude of varieties of flowers and trees with amazing scents, which make up the luxuriance of the garden (jacarandas, flamboyants, plumbago, bougainvilleas, olive trees, orange trees, mandarin trees, lemon trees, pepper trees, grapefruit trees, jasmine, roses).
Inspired by the Moorish art of living of the Andalusian palaces, the sounds of the basins and fountains will lull and refresh your sunny days.
You will also enjoy the heatable swimming pool (shallow depth), lined with flowers, cacti, olive trees and an old oil press. At the end of the pool is a moucharabieh pavilion, which represents an ideal place to relax.

You will benefit from a warm and quality service, provided by a qualified team (intendant, maid, cook, gardener, caretaker).
The housekeeper, the cook and the caretaker live on site. The intendant is present every day to ensure your well-being during your stay.

The price includes Moroccan breakfasts (served on the terrace or in the dining room), one bottle of water per day per person, air conditioning and heating, an internet connection (fibre optic).
