The air-conditioned villa consists on the ground floor a bright living and dining area opening onto the garden. Fully equipped Provencal kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom and on upper floor a further bedroom and in a guest house two further bedrooms accommodating 8 guests in total

From this delightful oasis, the small village of Gassin with stunning views over the bay of St Tropez just under 1.5 kilometres with bars, restaurants and of course St Tropez just 6 kilometres from the villa, Place des Lices you will experience a genuine village atmosphere with a twice-weekly market attracting visitors from all over the region. You can enjoy a meal in one of the many seafront restaurants and stroll along the shimmering marina, where multi-millionaire yachts are moored. St Tropez nightlife is really close at hand 10 to 15 minutes drive are the legendary beach clubs of Pampelonne, as Club 55 and many more beaches restaurants and with the sandy beaches offering all sorts of water sports facilities.
There are many charming villages in the area such as Ramatuelle and on the hills Plan de la Tour and La Garde Freinet where you will find restaurants and weekly markets, the most famous being the Tuesday & Saturday market in St. Tropez.
There are many activities in the area such as sailing, wind surfing, water skiing, horse riding, hiking and go-karting, fun fairs for young children and many other events take place during the summer months, even Polo matches.
