Description

Chalet Licorne is a contemporary ski in/ski out chalet located in the Belvedere area of Courchevel 1650, right on the slopes and 2km from the centre of the resort. Set over five levels connected by an elevator, this 623m2 luxury chalet is filled with high-end amenities and can accommodate up to ten adults and four children in its six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The lower level houses a sleek wellness area.

 

On the first floor is an incredibly spacious open-plan living area with an ethanol fireplace, babyfoot table and a view down to the indoor swimming pool. There is a stylish dining area and a large open American-style kitchen with breakfast bar. A combination of luxurious fabrics in soft greys, accented with vibrant oranges, features throughout the interior, whilst doors open onto a balcony overlooking the slopes.

 

On the ground floor is the relaxation area with a Hammam, fitness/gym area, indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Adjacent to the fitness area, with its top of the range equipment, is a large shower room and guest WC. You will also find the ski room with boot heaters on this level. There is a colourful playroom with a TV on the lower ground floor, where the youngsters can enjoy hours of fun. The older generation can sit back and relax in the TV lounge on the upper floor.

 

Chalet Licorne accommodates up to ten adults and four children in its six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two master bedrooms are located on the second floor. One of the master bedrooms has a large dressing room and both have balconies and TVs.

The first floor has three double bedrooms, of which one has a dressing room. A bunk room, with an en-suite bathroom, sleeps up to four children in single bunk beds. All the double bedrooms have access to balconies with splendid views.
