The Mas offers 260m² of living space on 2 levels on the ground floor a large fully fitted kitchen with dining area with a living room with ample sofa & stone fireplace with access to the terrace

On the ground floor there is a Double bedroom King size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower room and WC and has direct access to the terrace (garden furniture) and the garden.

On the first floor there are 4 more bedrooms two King size & one Queen size and the other is a small 140cm double bedroom. Two bedrooms share a family bathroom with double washbasin, bath & WC

 

Outside a stone's throw from the heart of Saint Rémy, you will immediately be seduced by the calm and peaceful environment of the place. Large hundred-year-old oak trees border the house and highlight Provençal and well-kept vegetation.

 

The 1800m2 plot has been ideally laid out, so that the whole family can enjoy the different spaces on offer.

Some will take advantage of the swimming pool area, letting themselves be lulled by the gentle sound of the fountain, while others will play a frenzied game of petanque/ boulle. The latter, meanwhile, will enjoy their aperitif under the pergola at the corner of the bar.

 

St Remy-de-Provence just over 600 meters from the villa which is a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colourful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see.

 

The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence is considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France, Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès and the are other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at only 45 minutes' drive and to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses.
