Villa Australéis is located on a charming and vast domain of 6.5 hectares in the heart of Skoura, a 25 km² palm grove famous for its various kasbahs. This property, which is located at an altitude of 1300 meters in the heart of a region characteristic of the architecture of the oases, offers an ideal place to stay to its guests.

Following the spirit of local architecture and bioclimatic construction, all the buildings of the property are single-storey and earthen.

Entirely built in adobe, the house offers pleasant and comfortable interiors.
The villa offers 3 suites, 3 bedrooms and 2 other bedrooms (for children on request.
Guests can enjoy a large living room, two suites with private gardens, a fully equipped kitchen and a wellness area with lounge, coffee area, fitness area, massage room, Hammam, relax area and cloakroom. The property also has a store, a laundry, staff accommodations, a lodge for the caretaker who manages the east entrance, an animal farm, two kennels, an office and storage facilities.

The villa is located on a 6.5 hectare estate, mainly covered by more than 1,500 olive trees, 800 date palms and many endemic species of the region (fig trees, plum trees, pear trees, peach trees, pomegranate trees, bigarad trees, cypresses, agaves, tamarisk trees, etc...). The property is completely surrounded by a 3-metre high earth wall and has two separate accesses (one from the public path to the east and another from a path to the north). One kilometre of stabilised paths runs through the entire property and serves all the houses and planting areas. 

Large mounds covered with red laurel trees enhance the views and underline the presence of the Atlas Mountains to the north and the Sagho to the south.

Guests can enjoy private gardens, a courtyard, outdoor dining areas and a pool with counter-current swimming. The pool can be heated.
