Ideally located in the countryside between Saint Rémy de Provence 3km and close to Avignon, the house was built on the edge of the superb hills in the heart of a 5000m² property, planted with local Mediterranean plants and shrubs as well as a pretty olive grove. The view to the North is spectacular, out over the pretty Provencal countryside and in the distance the Mont Ventoux


The property has been renovated to a very high standard and the owners have managed to give it the most perfect blend of tradition, authenticity and modernity.  The house has lots of private areas, a place for everyone.  The living room and kitchen have been made into one big spacious room, the epicentre of the Villa, doors and windows have been enlarged, leaving the house light & bright, the beautiful natural environment can be largely admired from the house, fully equipped kitchen with dining area with direct access onto the covered terrace with built in barbecue. The spacious open plan sitting & dining room with superb views of the garden and a second sitting room with leather sofas by a beautiful stone fireplace perfect for everyone to find their own area to relax. A bedroom on the ground floor with 5 additional bedrooms on the upper floor and annex accommodating up to 12 guests in all.

There is Storeroom / Laundry and a separate guests cloakroom with WC with hand basin

There is a wooden annex in the garden with an additional small double bed with air-conditioning but no bathroom, ideal for a teenager on request)


From the moment you set eyes on the property you will totally adore it. The gardens are planted with local plants and shrubs, a well thought-out, completely natural environment.

The garden was created to look as natural as possible, not like a large estate garden with majestic paths. The garden has kept its natural beauty using the amazing natural beauty of Provence.

The house is in a lovely quiet setting with pretty olive trees, lavender plants, oleanders, rose bushes… lawns, paved and gravel areas as well as lovely terraces. 

The view of the beautiful hills from the house is stunning. The natural gardens are so pretty and relaxing, a true haven of peace in the heart of beautiful Provence. 

Low stone walls give a pretty touch to the outdoor areas, and surround the swimming pool 10m x 4m and South facing paved terraces.

Cypress trees nestle against the South facing facade, majestic Pine trees near the long swimming pool.

The perfect place to recharge your batteries and enjoy the beautiful natural environment.
