Villa Perdrix main building was initially built in 1860. It has been restored in recent years in an authentic, modern style offering all amenities. The property is located in the Regional Natural Park of the Alpilles. There is the main building, two newly restored cottages, a large heated swimming pool area and a bowling alley which overlook a superb panoramic view, 3 hectares of landscaped gardens, oaks, olive trees and pines. It has a total of 5 double bedrooms with their bathrooms. The garden is dotted with patios, outdoor lounges, dining tables and shaded nooks.

This ancient olive grove has more than 200 olive trees and produces its own PDO olive oil which can be purchased on site. You will find more than 1000 lavender, 600 rosemary, a fruit garden which gives fruit 8 months a year, dozens of almond trees, cypresses, roses and perennials which bloom in the garden all year round.
The petanque/bowling alley in the heart of the property allows you to spend moments of conviviality with a view overlooking the south of the Alpilles.
