The 300m² of living space all on one level including the entrance hall leading to the living room, with TV and a games area with pool table and mini foot table 

And the spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dinning area with large windows opening to the covered out door dinning area

 

Outside large garden is full of mature plants and trees providing plenty of shady areas to sit back and relax in. The facade of the house is a beautiful ochre colour, the typical Provencal shutters are painted a fresh white, a truly Mediterranean home. The South terrace provides a lovely shaded area to enjoy during the hot summer months.

The large swimming pool, surrounded by elegant comfortable sun-loungers, is just a dive away. The swimming pool is heated during spring and autumn. 

The hot sun is setting… after a relaxing day by the pool, sit back in the comfortable outdoor sofas looking over the swimming pool, sipping a glass of chilled rosé or a locally made juice…

The sun sets, what about a game of pétanque ….. Next to the petanque pitch sits a beautifully carved wooden table and chairs, designed by an artist, set in the shade of the majestic pine trees.

In the evening, enjoy an aperitif in the sitting area near the covered terrace, before enjoying delicious grilled meats and local vegetables, with a stunning view of the Alpilles hills.

St Remy-de-Provence 2 kilometre's is a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpille with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colourful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see.

 

The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence is considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France, Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès and the are other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at only 45 minutes' drive and to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses.
