Located in a residential area, in close proximity to the coast and the vibrant Riviera town of Antibes, this is a smartly presented home.

Keen chefs will find the clean-cut modern kitchen a joy to use and the open-plan L-shaped layout with the dining and living areas is both social and practical. Both these rooms are comfortably furnished and they lead directly onto covered terrace areas with dining table and an outdoor lounge respectively. The accommodation is completed with three contemporary styled bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two upstairs. With coolness in mind, tiled floors extend throughout the house and all three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Outside, various different areas beckon for relaxation or dining, with shaded options as well as open terracing for sun basking. Surrounding this terrace and the pool is a lawned garden dotted with palm trees, groups with children or less mobile party members will note that the garden is flat and enclosed and Roman steps lead into the pool. 

When you are ready to explore the area, start with nearby Antibes 4.5km which always has a wonderful atmosphere and buzz. Stroll along the ramparts and around the maze-like old town, people watch around the harbour where traditional fishing boats sit alongside expensive yachts, browse the market hall and the Picasso museum, and stop for refreshment at one of the many restaurants or cafés. There are superb beaches, many of them sandy, in and around Antibes and at Juan-les-Pins 7km which also has a plethora of restaurants and bars.

For families, there are some great attractions close to the house including a large water park 5km and two theme parks, whilst those interested in art and handicrafts will be in seventh heaven visiting arty villages such as Biot 5km, Vallauris 8km and Mougins 10km. The Riviera capital, Nice 25km, will surely appear on every itinerary too and can be reached by train from nearby Biot station.

If you are more adventurous on can explore the magnificent cities and villages of the Cote d’Azur, from Cannes to Nice and Monaco and a little further enjoy a taste of Italy too or to the West Grasse and Fayence and for the more active guest you can choose from a range water sports, as well as hiking and many other outdoor pursuits.
