Three of the bedrooms can be used as doubles or twins, so it can easily be adapted to accommodate your party. You will also love the proximity to Valbonne, a typical Provençal village with narrow streets, a pretty square, quaint little shops, inviting pavement cafes and attractive restaurants.

Each bedroom opens onto a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The garden itself is ideal for families with a large level lawn surrounding the pool and covered dining on the pool terrace adjacent to the house. 

Outside the garden is enclosed and partially terraced grounds with a large flat lawn area surrounding the kidney-shaped 12m x 6m salt-water pool with a depth of 1m - 2.80m, Roman steps, there is a covered terrace with dining al fresco overlooking the pool & a portable gas barbecue. Children's trampoline use at own risk. Ample parking.

The village of Valbonne offers a selection of shops and restaurants. The old port at Antibes bustles with pavement cafes and Cannes and Nice both have lively promenades and a busy night-life. However there are plenty of things areas to discover in the region. The old walled town of Vence is full of interesting art galleries, craft shops and cafes and restaurants. Nearby St Paul de Vence has small cobbled streets with tempting artisan shops and is home to renowned restaurant La Colombe d'Or.The beaches at Villeneuve Loubet and Cagnes-sur-Mer are a short distance from Villa

If you are more adventurous on can explore the magnificent cities and villages of the Cote d’Azur, from Cannes to Biot, Nice and Monaco and a little further enjoy a taste of Italy too or to the West Grasse and Fayence and for the more active guest you can choose from a range water sports, as well as hiking and many other outdoor pursuits.
