Nestled in the heart of 230 hectares wine estate, this unique Domaine offers for holiday rental, a beautiful Provencal Bastide, a small house as well as an independent apartment, that can be rented together or separately. It’s an ideal setting for a romantic or family holiday, close to nature, you can combine oenological discoveries coupled with the beauty of the landscape and just a few minutes from the picturesque villages of Gassin & Ramatuelle, the beaches of Pampelonne and the mythical Saint-Tropez where they are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people” .
The nearest beach being just a 6/7-minutes drive from the Bastide with it’s golden sandy stretches of Pampelonne beach, with the numerous famous beach restaurants such as Club 55, Tropezina, Moorea to name a few.
The Bastide can accommodation up to 20 people when the whole estate is booked or separately on request
The Bastide has 6 bedrooms, the guesthouse has 2 suites bedrooms and the apartment has two suite bedrooms.
The "Bastide" on the ground floor consist of an entrance into an open plan convivial dining room and kitchen. Across the hall is a small separate living room with fireplace. On the other side of the property with large bay windows overlooking the wine estate is a spacious living room with fireplace and bread oven, with sitting and a long dining table and chairs. Cellar and office space complete the ground floor.
On the first floor: 6 double bedrooms, all en-suite with shower, washbasin and WC. Laundry room.
The "Guest House" consists of two suites with bathrooms, open plan kitchen, living room equipped with flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. The house has its own terrace and a garden.
The "Apartment" consists of two bedrooms with King size bed 180cm. TV and Wi-Fi. Two bathrooms with walk-in showers and a separate WC. Fully equipped kitchen open plan with the living room and TV area.
Outdoors terrace with table and chairs for lunch and dinner al fresco. Garden area with loungers.
