Villa Crescendo is located right next to the crystal clear sea on the Dubrovnik coast, has its own private sea deck and sea entrance. Located in the luxurious part of Dubrovnik cost, the villa is only a meter away from the sea and only 10 km from the Old Town - the center of Dubrovnik.

The two fishing villages of Veliki Zaton and Mali Zaton, together with two smaller villages, constitute the municipality of Zaton. Zaton is situated in a beautiful, natural bay surrounded by hills and only 8 kilometres northwest of Dubrovnik. The individual districts that are scattered along the bay are partially connected by a promenade that invites you to take long walks. Zaton is also one of the few places on the Dubrovnik Riviera which has no hotel facilities, making it significantly quieter than most other places. The splendid Mediterranean landscape with cypresses and pines, the smell of aromatic herbs such as rosemary, sage or mint, and the wonderfully clean sea, come together to create the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation on the outskirts of Dubrovnik.

The plateau on the seashore is connected by stairs to the area with sauna, from where you continue to the ground floor of Villa Crescendo, facing the sea and with terrace caressed in sun with summer kitchenette, resting and dining furniture. From the terrace, through the large glass doors, you will enter the ground floor of the villa. Here, you will find comfortable space with fully equipped designer kitchen, a dining area with a large table for 10 guests and a central living room with a comfortable sofas and SAT TV. On this floor, you will also find Master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with a shower and bath.

First floor of Villa Crescendo is reachable by stairs or elevator where and here you'll find another four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are double and have king size beds, en-suite bathroom with shower. Third room is twin and has an en suite bathroom with a shower. All three rooms have terraces with magnificent sea views. Forth bedroom is smaller than others, does not have sea view, has queen size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. On the top floor there is an entrance to the villa with elevator, spacious parking lot.
