This recently restored typical Umbrian farmhouse is the ideal place for a quiet holiday away from the bustle of the city, in the pursuit of relaxation, walks in the countryside, and the discovery of historic villages.
Podere Parrano is embraced by a flower garden with a barbecue and a private swimming pool. On the ground floor there is a covered terrace and a special space for deck chairs, sun loungers and bicycles.

The external stone staircase takes you directly to the first (only floor) of the property. From the entrance there is direct access to the large living room with dining room and an additional living room, with comfortable sofa’s, satellite TV and a large fireplace. On the left there is a well-equipped corner kitchen. In front of the main entrance there is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and shower, whilst on the right there is the remaining of the night area, with 2 twin rooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Outside the park surrounds the house, and is in part with lawn. The park extends to about 1500 m2. There is also onsite parking.
 Podere Parrano has a private swimming pool with rectangular shape and measures about 5 x 10 m, with a variable depth from 1,20 to 1,40 m.

It is surrounded in lawn, plants and umbrellas which provide a pleasant shaded area by the pool, and external showers. The pool, totally fenced, is at guest’s disposal.

Local info;

The villa is 2 km from the small village of Torre San Severo, which has a mini market. A little further is Orvieto, which has some of the best views in Europe, perched on top of a large volcanic rock formation with sheer vertical cliff’s. The town has many shops, cafes, and restaurants. The famous Gothic Duomo dates back to the 13th century and features a beautiful façade and interiors. Visit the papal palace, Etruscan ruins, and embark on a guided tour of one of the villages many underground caves. Be sure to purchase a bottle of Orvieto’s famous Classico wine! From Orvieto, there are fast trains to Rome and Florence.
