figs, pomegranates, apricots, plums, apples, lemons, mandarins, kumquats, oranges, dates, pepper, mulberry, raspberry, brambles, wild asparagus, and mushrooms as well as a multitude of herbs like rosemary, basil, thyme, coriander etc.


The Main House “La Residencia” dates back to the year 1780 and was carefully restored and renovated by the owner to the requirement of modern living of today, it has 800m2 living area, 35m2 covered terraces, rock pool of 19m x 7m, 85m2 covered chill out terrace, walled private gardens with Orangery, covered parking for 7 cars.


The living areas include an entrance hall with guest bathroom, a formal lounge with bar and cosy fireplace area, TV and Sonos music centre, patio with fountain and stairway leading to the Orangery, separate dining room for 12 persons with pizza oven - connected to a patio and covered terrace, Provencal kitchen equipped with all modern, first class appliances, temperature controlled wine cellar and olive oil storage.


At the basement there is a large laundry and storage room for golf carts, bicycles etc which is also accessible from garden. Laundry from the master bedroom and second bedroom is received directly via the laundry shoot.

“The Barn” This is a building from the year 1820 and served as an olive oil storage facility, the building was brought from a farm in Valdepenas mainland Spain and rebuilt on this property with some readjustments to the requirements of the owner.

The main building has a ground floor area of 285m2 and a roof height of 7 m and has multipurpose usage, it is suitable for oil pressing, bottling and packing, as well as for parties, photo shoots, conferences, art expositions, large dinner parties for 24 people, card games etc.

The garden  is illuminated walled garden with extensive lawns and terrace, unique rock pool with cascade 19m x 6m, 85m2 covered chill-out terrace containing dining for 12 persons, Bar lounge, BBQ area, sun loungers with sunshades etc, separate outside guests WC, Sonos music centre.
