Blauverd is a beautiful house with a modern construction, which offers comfortable, bright and spacious accommodation, with an excellent range of finishes and facilities and high quality furniture. The house is designed as a luxury holiday villa, so that all visitors can enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Built over one floor, it has large windows that frame the fantastic views of the bay. The beautiful infinity pool, 9 x 4 meters, surrounded by a garden, is a small paradise where you can relax, sunbathe and refresh yourself, while enjoying the landscape and the sea view. There is a large terrace that occupies the entire length of the front of the villa, overlooking the pool, the garden and the sea.

The interior of the villa is decorated in a contemporary style. The large living room is very bright and comfortable. Through the floor to ceiling sliding doors, which offer us an unmatched landscape, we can access the large terrace, located just above the pool and furnished with great style, to enjoy delicious meals outdoors or relax in its beautiful outdoor lounge. The dining room has a large table for eight people and also has direct access to the outside area. From the dining room we can access the modern, fully equipped kitchen, with a central island. Separate laundry area.

Blauverd has four stylish bedrooms. The main room is a suite with a double bed, that includes a shower room and has direct access to the area of the terrace, the garden and the pool. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom share another shower room. The fourth bedroom is a suite with a double bed and a private shower room. All the shower rooms have got high quality finishes, with noble materials and contemporary appliances.
