Thanks to its position this villa offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere and all the privacy you need, along with the comfort of staying just a short drive away from the nearest beach. It comes with your own private infinity swimming pool, for the days when you just don’t feel like leaving the house.

Similarly this could be how you feel on arriving at the villa. Take a drive across the hills. It has the lush nature reserve on one side and the view of the coast on the other. You’ll be welcomed by the beauty and extent of the surrounding garden.

The whole exterior is designed for comfort and furnished with stylish decor. There’s an elegant patio, wicker sofas, a table and chairs, a perfect setting from which to view the sea. Also there’s the elegant infinity pool that overlooks the coastline. Truly a breath-taking panorama.

As for the interior, you’ll get a strong sense of its spaciousness. The ground floor features a large living room with a wonderful fireplace and a dining area that adjoins a fully equipped built-in kitchen. Here on the ground floor there’s also the first double bedroom, a studio with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a terrace with an impressive view of the astonishing valley and sea below that you can also see from beside the swimming pool. There’s another double bedroom on this floor that overlooks the garden and it comes with a bathroom and bath.

Every room of the house has considerable light thanks to wide and French windows. Thanks to the garden and the hills behind it, Villa Sunrise escapes the discomfort of the heat in the Spring and Summer and is also cosy and warm for the Autumn and Winter.

It’s well worth visiting some of the more beautiful beaches of the Northern coast that are only a short drive away.  They are close to the town of Capo d’Orlando and comprise of Capo d’Orlando, Brolo, San Gregorio and Testa di Monaco. Also worth seeing is the nature reserve of Laghetti di Marineo e Oliveri, that has little saltwater lakes right beside the shoreline.

This villa is the perfect choice if you’re planning a visit to the Aeolian Islands: whether you decide on a day trip by ferry to Stromboli or Vulcano or to spend a couple of days in Salina or Panarea, Capo d’Orlando or Milazzo.
