A wonderful old farmhouse, lovingly restored, located near Apt 3.5 kilometres, a bustling town known for its fruit, lavender and truffles and on Saturdays, it has one of the biggest and colourful markets in the region.

 

This property accommodate up to 8 people, ideally 6 adults and two children, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortable open plan living area with dinning table and a modern fully equipped kitchen.

Sympathetically furnished, all rooms are painted in pale natural colours with stone and terracotta floors.  On the ground floor, you have a cosy bright and airy living room furnished with sofas and armchairs in front of an open fireplace. There is a, television, and stereo system.

There is a large open plan dining room and kitchen, beamed ceiling, tiled floor, furnished with a large farmhouse table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and all modern appliances. Large patio doors lead to the covered terrace and a barbecue area.

Adjacent to the kitchen you have a gent’s cloakroom with WC.

 

Master bedroom has a double Queen size bed160 cm bed with French windows to the garden. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, basin and WC, and dressing room area from the bedroom. A further double room with a Queen size bed 160 cm and en-suite shower room basin and WC and another double room with a Queen size bed 160 cm and a further interconnecting bedroom (loft) best suited for young children with two single beds 80 cm beds.  Next door a shower room with basin and WC shared between theses two rooms

 

There is ample out door furniture for every occasion including covered seating area and a pergola by the heated pool of 12 x 3.5m. Mas Rocsaliere all set in a quiet location surrounded by farmland and lavender fields, vineyards, orchards, and groves of olive trees and just 1.5 kilometres from the village of Saignon. There are beautiful views of Mont Ventoux and the village Saignon from the Mas.
