This property accommodate up to 8 people, ideally 6 adults and two children, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortable open plan living area with dinning table and a modern fully equipped kitchen.

Sympathetically furnished, all rooms are painted in pale natural colours with stone and terracotta floors.  On the ground floor, you have a cosy bright and airy living room furnished with sofas and armchairs in front of an open fireplace. There is a, television, and stereo system.

There is a large open plan dining room and kitchen, beamed ceiling, tiled floor, furnished with a large farmhouse table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and all modern appliances. Large patio doors lead to the covered terrace and a barbecue area.

Adjacent to the kitchen you have a gent’s cloakroom with WC.

 

Master bedroom has a double Queen size bed160cm bed with French windows to the garden. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, basin and WC, and dressing room area from the bedroom. A further double room with a Queen size bed 160cm and en-suite shower room basin and WC and another double room with a Queen size bed 160cm and a further interconnecting bedroom (loft) best suited for young children with two single beds 80cm beds.  Next door a shower room with basin and WC shared between theses two rooms

Mas Rocsaliere all set in a quiet location surrounded by farmland and lavender fields, vineyards, orchards, and groves of olive trees and just 1.5 kilometres from the village of Saignon. This peaceful retreat near Saignon has superb views over the valley towards the splendour of the Luberon Mountains.

Refundable Security Deposit 1 000 € to be paid with the final rental instalment

Local “Tax de Séjour” Tourist tax starting at 4 € /per night to be paid locally or deducted from the Security Deposit please enquire as prices change per year

Additional maid service to be notifying at time of booking starting from 25 € per hr

Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival, extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the Security deposit
