This delightful villa near Sagres enjoys sensational sea views from its rooftop terrace, a thoroughly modern interior design, and easy access to an excellent range of amenities

It is difficult to imagine a more sensational position anywhere on the Algarve coastline. The undisturbed views of the crystal blue Atlantic, in particular, will take your breath away. These views are enjoyed most of all from the spectacular roof terrace. What better way to start and end the day than here, with a morning coffee or an evening glass of red in hand… 

One might say the roof terrace gives this villa its ‘wow’ factor, particularly with its infinity pool, however in truth the entire villa lives up to that description. Indeed, beneath the terrace there is an upper and main entrance floor with wide open spaces, bright colours, luxurious bedrooms, and cleverly-designed glass doors to maximise those aforementioned views. 

The villa consists of an entrance hall with staircase leading to a lower floor and the first floor. The entrance level has two bedrooms with front line ocean views, each featuring a large double bed, flat screen TV, an en-suite shower room and separate dressing room.

On the first floor an open space design featuring a modern state-of-the art, fully equipped open plan kitchen, with an American double fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker and toaster.
This area also includes a contemporary living room, decorated with comfortable elements, evoking beachside living, with flat screen TV, and a dining area that is equipped with a table and chairs, seating 8 people – an inviting place for a morning coffee or a leisurely dinner.
You will enjoy the east and westward facing terraces with fabulous views of the coastline of Salema beach, with the picturesque view of the village and the fishing boats below.
To the left, the master bedroom, which features a large double bed, flat screen TV, an en-suite bath/shower room and a standalone bathtub, separate dressing room, all with full frontal breathtaking water views.

All areas have natural light and access to a large terrace, overlooking the coastline and the nearby Salema beach.

The lower level there is one bedroom with a large double bed, flat screen TV, an en-suite shower room and separate dressing room, with direct access to the property ́s enclosed parking area.

On the roof top terrace there is a private infinity pool overlooking the coastline with fully furnished terrace and parasols, allowing for outdoor living and entertaining. An utility room with a bathroom.

In addition to the sea, the roof terrace also overlooks Salema village and beach. This attests to an excellent location in terms of convenience and enjoyment, with grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants practically on your doorstep. Further afield, just a short drive away is the town of Lagos, with an array of historically-significant buildings and a famously vibrant nightlife – something for everyone!
