feature. It is also short drive to the village and the attractions of Port
Grimaud nearby and Saint Tropez. The accommodation is on two floors with the
living room and dining area opening directly onto the attractive garden with
its pool, terraces and outdoor seating areas.
The
interiors are homely with lots of light, cream and whitewashed walls,
tastefully furnished, with French windows, terracotta floors and an attractive
beam ceiling. From the entrance hall there is a large living room with
comfortable sofas, open fireplace and French doors opening onto the covered terrace
and garden. An archway leads to the dining room and to breakfast bar separates
the kitchen from the dining area, which is fully equipped with fridge and
freezer, gas hob cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso
machine.
To
the rear is a ladder for grocery storage, extra fridge Freezer and laundry
facility with washing machine and dryer.

windows giving direct access to the terrace and pool, en suite walk-in shower

with its bathroom with bath, double washbasin and separate WC. There are two
further standard double bedrooms (140 cm beds), ideal for children or
teenagers. Both have en-suite shower and washbasin and share a separate WC on
the landing.
There
is a pretty garden with shrubs and lawn well protected and overlooking some
vines. The covered terrace with seating area and a L shaped pool with a
cascading water. There is a boule pitch as well.
